Return Policy

Exchange:

Did you make a mistake or change your mind and want to return an item? Maybe a color doesn’t match right or a piece may not look quite like you thought. That's Okay! The Furniture Guide understands. We can offer you a one time exchange of equal or greater value. There is a 10% restocking fee for an exchange.

To be considered for a return, the buyer must contact The Furniture Guide within 48 hours upon delivery to discuss any concerns. The item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, within 30 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs to return items. Conditions apply, see FAQ's page.

If the item was delivered disassembled, you must use a box that is similar to the original or a box that is no longer than 108 inches in length if the original packaging is too damaged to be sent back. Some items cannot be returned by FedEx or UPS: shipments weighing more than 150 pounds. (LTL) Freight may need special instructions for deliveries. Damaged or Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a resolution, The Furniture Guide must be notified within 48 hours.

The Furniture Guide is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, you must notify us of any damage or defective items immediately so that we may come to a resolution. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items that are custom made, special orders, sales items, closeouts or floor samples.
