How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 5pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is Free on orders of $99 or more. Otherwise, shipping costs may vary and will be seen on each item separately and added to the total. Shipping costs may be consolidated at the time of purchase..

How long does it take for my product to ship?

Each product has information about shipment time in the product details. Shipment times may vary. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone. An average shipment takes approximately 2-5 days.

Why should I buy here and not Amazon?

What is your refund policy?

Is there a restocking fee to return the product?

There is no restocking fee if there are returned items due to damage or defective items. There will be a 10% restocking fee for any items returned for exchanges.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer financing?

At this time we do not offer financing.

Can I cancel my order?

We ask that you be sure of your decision before placing an order. Once an order is placed, if for any reason you change your mind, contact The Furniture Guide immediately to get assistance in stopping an order. If it has already been processed, it may be too late in the process to cancel. In that case, you may be offered the chance for an exchange. (*conditions apply, see Exchange in Return Policy)

Do you take away the customer’s old furniture?

I am sorry but we do not move or remove anyone’s personal property other than what is being delivered to you.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

We do require signatures for most deliveries. Instructions will be in the shipping details at checkout.

I bought a few separate pieces, will they all arrive together?

We try to have all deliveries at the same time. Due to having several suppliers to shop with, the items may come from different locations, therefore they may not be delivered together at the same time.
