We only offer refunds for damaged or defective items that are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. We will however offer a store credit of equal value under other certain circumstances. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
